Do hard boiled eggs need to be chilled? - kid boiled wool slipper

I cooked eggs and let them cool in the oven, and then stayed up all night. Are they safe to eat? I remember eating Easter eggs as a child, had been for some time, but I just wanted to make sure that this is generally good.

Hmmm ... was cool your home? If it was really cool, can be good. I know people who love the heat ... cooked immediately after, but for me personally, I have always in my fridge after a little cold. Not rely only on the cooked food after the whole night.

I eat 3 boiled egg whites, made at least 3 times a week for breakfast and the mistake many times. Do not worry, if not very warm in your house, you are very good.

If there is only one night, it would be about 6 to 8 hours under water, it has nothing to fear.

Speaking of egg cooling. When you cook, so empty, half of the water and replace it with ice water is easier to remove the boards and give them a slightly "gray" color. They are still good to eat, but separate the yolks from egg whites a little more.

I hope that helps!

No, they do not require refrigeration, unless you like it.
